Hardware Integrity: Bolts, nuts, and screws on your Peloton bike’s screen, goose-neck, handlebars, cupholders, wheel cover, seat, inner and outer belt guards, stabilizers bars, foot pads, and nuts are inspected and tightened to precise specifications. This prevents unexpected loosening or breakages, providing a safe and sturdy workout environment.

Sensor and Resistance System Check: Ensuring these crucial components are working accurately guarantees your workout stats are reliable, and your resistance changes are smooth.

Front Hub and Axil Assembly Evaluation: This inspection safeguards the operational efficiency of your Peloton bike, ensuring smooth and fluid wheel movement.

Cadence Magnet Check: This ensures your pedaling speed is accurately tracked, enabling you to follow along with your workouts correctly.

Bottom Bracket Examination: Checking and tightening the bottom bracket to proper torque specifications ensures the bike’s structural integrity and prevents damaging wobble during intense workouts.

What areas does the Peloton Concierge Maintenance Program serve?

We’ve expanded to serve all of Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, plus upstate New York and Northern Indiana. David Anderson personally handles all service calls within these regions.

What’s included in the annual membership?

Your membership includes two preventive maintenance visits per year, a private concierge phone number for direct access to David (8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday), year-round technical support via phone/text/video chat, and expert diagnosis of any issues that arise between visits.

What maintenance services are performed during visits?

David performs a comprehensive inspection including: hardware integrity checks (tightening all bolts, nuts, and screws), sensor and resistance system evaluation, belt adjustment, crank arm and pedal inspection, touchscreen optimization, proper bike calibration, and early detection of potential issues before they become costly repairs.

How is this different from Peloton’s standard customer service?

With PCMP, you work exclusively with David Anderson, a Certified Master Peloton Technician who knows your bike’s complete history. You’ll avoid misdiagnosed issues, wrong parts being ordered, and the hassle of sending videos to anonymous customer service reps. David provides exact part numbers when needed and often resolves issues without requiring parts at all.

We service all Peloton bike models, including both the standard Bike and Bike Plus. A treadmill maintenance program is currently in development.
